I love making potato soup recipes not only are they absolutely yummy but potatoes are great vegetable with lots of vitamins and mineral such as vitamins A, B-6, B-12, C and E and minerals like calcium, Iron, magnesium, and potassium. And the list goes on. There are a few styles of potato soups to pick from, their is a creamy puree style, and a chunky style with chopped up potatoes, and a style made from baked potatoes which adds a different texture to your soup, wonderful yummy texture, I might add. All are great comfort foods!
