Ingredients Directions
Serves 6
In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in carrot and celery and continue cooking for 8 minutes. The vegetables should be tender. Add tomatoes, broth, thyme, pepper, and hot peppersauce.

Bring to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes; stirring occasional. With an immerse blender puree, then pour in cream. Reheat and serve.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion- chopped
2 cloves garlic- minced
1/2 cup carrot- chopped
1/4 cup celery- chopped
2   28 ounce cans crushed tomatoes
3 1/2 cups vegetable broth-reduced sodium
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce
˝ cup heavy whipping cream
